Tulasi Prasad Neupane
Chairman
Mr. Neupane is a development economist and has earned post-graduate degree in economic development from University of Connecticut, United States in 1979. Besides, he obtained various academic qualifications, including Bachelor of Law and M.A. degree from Tribhuvan University, Nepal.
Mr. Neupane has more than two decades of work experience in the Ministry of Finance as a senior civil servant with the His Majesty's Government of Nepal (HMG).
He served the Asian Development Bank by HMGN's representative in Manila for two years (1991-1993) in the Director's Assistant position.
He served as a project coordinator for the Financial Management Project in the Ministry of Finance.
