Mr. Neupane has done bachelors degree (BA) in Economics and Mathematics, and masters degree (MA) in Business Management from De LaSalle University in the Philippines in 1994. Has participated in various seminars like professional career enhancement and project post-evaluation undertaken by the national and international organisations.

Has 15 years of working experience in project planning, evaluation, monitoring, and appraisal for multilateral and bilateral development and financial institutions in Nepal including UNDP and other INGOs. Served as an Executive Director of the TEAM Consult since last eight years. Had served as national consultant to the world bank sponsored project Technical Panel-BPEP II, and also involved in the Thirty Party Review of BPEP II. He had served as project coordinator in the ILO sponsored project " Discrimination and Forced Labor of Occupational Castes in Nepal".
