M.A. in Economics with a credit in Human Resource Economics (included health, education and employment economics) from the School of Economics (University of the Philippines, Dilleman), M.A. in Economics from Tribhuvan University (TU) and B.A. (Hons in Eco, TU). Training (Three-months long) in agro-industrial project analysis (INTAN, Malaysia). Served as Team Leader/ Member in various socio-economic projects.
